Hello everyone, LEXO group is looking for the qualified candidate for the position ( Business Development Manager ) as in the below job description requirements: *Products : coffee Machin ,Capsules, Coffee beans , energy drinks Job Description for Business Development Manager Products: Coffee Machines, Capsules, Coffee Beans, Syrups, Energy drink etc. Reporting to General Manager • Develop a comprehensive and aligned business development plan for coffee machines and capsule business across Kurdistan and South Iraq region. • Develop the business through café shops, restaurants, hotels, offices etc. and retail business through hypermarkets, supermarkets etc. • Implement business development plan with assistance of sales managers. • Establish, develop and maintain relationship with channel partners and dealers. • Work with Sales & Marketing to improve customer acquisition and retention. • Provide Product Management with market requirements and opportunities. • Work with General Manager to understand and deliver on internal business requirements. • Develop, manage, motivate and retain the good staff. • Help Marketing produce effective marketing communications and campaigns. • Analyze suppliers and manage relations to negotiate favorable contracts. • Support the sales staff by providing a consultative sales methodology. • Work with General Manager and Finance Head to facilitate business planning & reporting. • Develop a strategic decision making and governance process. • Facilitate Change, Management initiatives to ensure the organization is equipped with adequate information and processes to support growth. • Make decisions for the organization by assessing ROI, risk and cost/benefit. • Focus on expansion plan both in terms of geographically across all cities of Iraq and also the products. • Develop the wholesale / retail distribution channel / network for entire products range into the market. • Understanding of Market and competitors in the market and accordingly execute the plans to place our products to be best in the market ahead of the competitors. • Taking the ownership of achieving the business target set by the company both in terms of sales and profitability. • Open to travel across Iraq region for developing the business. Qualification : • University degree in business management / MBA. • Experience in and motivation for sales. • Sales planning and closing skills. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Knowledge of the industry. • Experience in market research. • Knowledge of pertinent computer applications. Experience : Minimum 10+ years experience in business development capacity (preferably from same industry).
