Summary:

Ensure the smooth running of the projects, assessing risk and its management, coordinating different aspects of a project, ensuring that deadlines are meet, updating staff and keeping all stakeholders in the project informed of progress, or anything that might cause project delay.


Key Responsibilities:

Plans, prioritizes and executes a project by working with main interfaces.
Ability to organize and lead matrix project teams.
Maintain clear communication with project sponsor and project steak holders regarding mutual expectations.
Builds business relationships beyond the project environment.
Ensures that all commitments are meet in accordance with project goals/objectives.
Performs risk management, change management, formulates action plans, mitigate risks to minimize schedule delays and costs.
Actively uses project methods, processes, and tools (scheduling tools, finance tools, procurement tools) to meet project needs.

Work Experience:

3-5 years of work experience in relevant field.


Education:

Bachelor in Software Engineering or related field.
